Miniature painting is a hobby for me and many other people, and a career for some. I managed a Silver in the 14 and under category (Youngbloods) at Golden Demon UK - the world's premier miniature painting competition -  in 2006, and Gold at GD UK 2007! Yay!

It's a heavily-discussed subject whether miniature painting should be considered art or not. Certainly some of the masterpieces I have seen seem to be a lot more than toy soldiers! As I mentioned on the "about" page, I recommend http://coolminiornot.com, where artists exhibit their miniatures with a voting system for others to see. It's a useful website for anyone who's interested in miniature painting to improve their skills, and I recommend a visit if you'd like to see what the hobby's all about.

I don't really want to have this page merely as a second gallery, so I'll use this section more to write about my projects, or maybe as a blog, or whatever... we'll see how it goes, anyway. Enjoy!
